The conference venue: Yasuda Auditorium for the plenary session and Faculty of Engineering Bldg.2 for the main technical sessions.
The organizers will provide accommodations mainly for students at the nightly rate of 5,000 JPY for shared room at Homeikan (http://www.homeikan.com/), which is 5 minutes walk to the campus. If a regular participant wishes, a non-student participant may stay at Homeikan as well. We recommend that you register before July 5. Please understand that the number of room is limited. When all rooms are are booked, we will not be able to offer you any other options.

A limited budget to support overseas students' accommodations is available. Students interested in applying should download, complete, and return the application form.
Any full-time student is eligible to apply. All applicants should first submit an abstract to the conference via the normal abstract submission procedure before submitting their financial aid application form.
Applications are due on June 30, 2012. Applicants must send (i) an application form and (ii) a copy of applicant’s student ID by e-mail to office"at"icfpe.jp. This deadline is firm, as awards will be announced no later than July 31, 2012.
All the participants who require VISA to enter Japan must contact to ICFPE2012
secretariat as soon as possible. An invitation letter may be sent after
all the registration fees are paid in advance. A request of an invitation
letter may not be accepted after July 1, 2012.
